Mr Murray Nott joined the firm in 1996.
Murray’s years of experience as a litigator equip him well for his general, family law, criminal and police matters. Murray is a tireless fighter for his clients and is well thought of throughout the community.
He is an experienced Family law practitioner and can assist you with all areas of custody, access and property settlement, as well as prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.

- Murray has during his period as a legal officer with the Department of Agriculture:
(a) Dealt with the formulation and implementation of Environmental Impact Studies and Local Environmental Plans and other state instruments:
(i) State Environmental Plan
(ii) Jamberoo Valley Regional Environmental Plan;
(iii) Snowy River RED.
(b) Undertaken 458 prosecutions at Local and District Court level for the Department of Agriculture.
(c) Been involved with amendments of State Government legislation including drafting and preparation of Cabinet minutes, instructing Parliamentary Counsel, advice to the appropriate Minister and preparation of second reading speeches and consultation with Local Government bodies.
(d) Land & Environment Class 1 appeals in relation to development consents where State Government consent is required.
(e) As an expert witness in planning appeals.
(f) Involved in Commissions of Enquiry in relation to Planning and Development issues. eg Paper Manufacturing/Development at Albury, New South Wales.
Murray's overall legal experience and particularly his intimate knowledge of the workings of Government at a State, Local and Federal level, we believe, make him an invaluable asset to the firm and Council.
Mr Charbel Ayoub was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006 and joined the firm in the same year.
Charbel can advise you on all conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, leases, business contracts, franchise agreements as well as Estate law, succession law, guardianship and attorney matters. Charbel also has extensive experience in preparation of Wills as well as general legal advice.
