Contested Wills

Sometimes a person dies not leaving a Will or they make a Will not fully understanding what they are doing.  Sometimes family members die unexpectedly without making adequate provision for dependants.

Deceased estates

When a person dies,  their assets need to be collected and dealt with according to the Will.
